(Hamilton)---The Ohio State Patrol is investigating a deadly car vs. pedestrian accident on I-75 in West Chester. The incident happened on Northbound 75 just south of Tylersville Road. The incident completely shut down the interstate for about 30 minutes, until troopers opened up the far left lane. No identification has been released on the victim yet.
